Factory reset for password recovery

Holding the reset button do not work for the GW, do anyone have a solution for that?

Hi Carsten

The only situation I experience where the ‘reset’ switch does not perform a factory default is if some ‘custom application’ has been loaded that is controlling the Gateway.
I would recommend to ‘register’ and open a support ticket for direction on other recovery options.
