The rest of the modems are currently at 2800 sent messages and I see the Disabled – SIM Inactive error on modem 1 thru 5 occasionally too but they go back to enabled mode in a minute or two; these modems have not started back up and are not sending. I have to restart the box to get them to say enabled when they go into this mode. Modem 8 is the worst and it says 0 signal; I reset the sim and checked the antennae connection.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

    Thanks,

    Mark

I reset modem 6 and 7 in the tools menu and they are sending again now. Looks like I need to write a tool to sense that and reset modem. Modem 8 is still an issue and requires me to restart the entire unit to get it to work. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

    Hi Mark,

I see you have opened support case 5025011 with us. My first re-action is one based physical location of the unit, the antenna’s and interference. I will update the support case with additional details and recommendations.
