Default serial port settings for MTC-H5-B01

Just purchased an MTC-H5-B01 in the serial port version but have not received it yet. I’m setting up the host that will be connected to the cellular modem and I need to find out what the default serial port settings are. I searched the online documentation on Multitech’s web site but none of the documents contained the info. I searched this forum and found a document that listed default serial port settings but that document did not state which device it was referring to.

I’m guessing the following based on that document I found:

speed: 115,200
data bits: 8
flow control: none
parity: none
stop bits: 1

Can someone verify?

Hi Andy,
Flow control(CTS/RTS) is enabled by default but is not in affect during command mode, only when on line. The other defaults are as you listed.
When you receive the unit, you can issue AT&V to view the settings.
