Debug interface ob conduit AP

I have a conduit AP , configured by Visiogreen (France) to access their devices only , I factory reset the gateway but I have no ssh access , the only open tcp port on the gateway is 5680 apparently listening for downlinks

I tried to factory reset the device several times but yet no access.

Is there a debug interface on the board ( there is a 3-pin header near the ethernet port , is it an onbaord usb com port ?)

Is there any HARD RESET ?

To reset to defaults:

Reset for mLinux (Factory Defaults or Reboot)

The debug port is the micro-USB connector on the opposite side of the board as the Ethernet port.
