    I have had my conduit unplugged, on the shelf for 2 weeks. Today I plugged it in and no power light!

    Any suggestions on trouble shooting? I have verified that the power cable is outputting 9v.

    Open a portal case at https://support.multitech.com. There is much better assistance with this type of problem there.
