    Hi there,

MTDOT-BOX-G-915 is successfully able to join the Conduit, but when I rum LoRa Demo from it and send the data, then not able to see on debug window of Node-RED. However, If I run Survey single and survey sweep from MTDOT-BOX-G-915, then I do see survey passing from it and able to see on debug window. Please look below link for survey data reference.

    Hi Akshay,

I don’t see payload data in the debug of the screen shot you provided. Is the screen shot from survey or demo mode? Can you show what you get for each mode?

    Kind regards,
    Leon

    Hi Akshay

That’s very strange, never experienced that.
In the Conduit if you go to “Statistics & Logs” and select “Statistics” then
select the LoRa tab. Once there select “Clear History”.

In the MTDOT-BOX select “LoRa Demo”, once successfully joined
select “trigger” then periodically select “send”

In the Conduit do you see “Pkts Up” increment that would correspond to
selecting “send” on the DOT-BOX and the Conduit receiving packets?

Thanks Guys, I have found out the problem.

MTDOT-BOX was configured wrong. The data rate was DR0 and max payload was 100, so I set up data rate to DR4 and max payload to 242. So, I am getting payload in both applications LoRa Demo and survey signal.

following link has command for it. if anyone find same problem.
