Hi all,
For our product, we have to cellular internet on a Raspberry Pi through a USB MultiConnect MTC-MNA1. At this point, I’ve been successful in issuing AT commands through Minicom and can change the APN. In addition, when I start up an IP stack, AT&T sends back an IP number to the modem.
However, ifconfig still shows the wwan0 device to have the IP 169.254.x.x, the automatic private IP address. I believe that linux is having some trouble binding the IP received from AT&T to the wwan0 port.
Would anybody happen to know if I’m missing a crucial step in the setup process?
Also, I’ve done some digging, and have seen libqmi come up more than once. Is libqmi relevant to this modem?
Thanks in advance!
