The documentation:
http://www.multitech.net/developer/software/lora/introduction-to-lora/ mentions that the ADR scheme will adjust a device’s data rate.
The LinkADRReq commands allow the server to adjust the data rate, Tx power, channel mask and how many times an uplink frame must be transmitted. Does Multitech’s ADR implementation currently only adjust the data rate and does not modify the others?

Normally 20 uplink msg and the network server will adjust
Also the end-device can adjust too
