    Good day,

    I am new to MultiTech conduit.

    I would like to send the data I receice from an mDot to server mongodb.
    But when I use the micro-USB serial debug port behind the front MuiltiTech logo
    the default username and password (root/root) are not working.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Rafael,

    It sounded like you have an AEP version. If so, then try – login: admin – password: admin
