Faxes getting stuck in Pre Processing

Ken EscobedoI have clients sending outbound faxes. The FaxFinder server gets clogged with faxes stuck in Pre Processing. I have to run the commnad to delete the entire Pre Processing folder and then faxes go through for a while. The issue keeps reoccuring.
