MultiTech Gateway Register on thethingsnetwork

Muhammad Nouman RafiHello,
I had registered my MultiTech Gateway on thethingsnetwork but then deleted it. Then again i have registered my MultiTech Gateway on thethingsnetwork with EUI. I did registered gateway with the installer.sh.( According to given detail in website https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/docs/gateways/multitech/mlinux.html)
But Now problem is, my gateway always showing not connected on the thethingsnetwork console.
my gateway mode is MTCDT-H5 mlinux.
Please tell how i will fix the above problem.
