    Hello,

I am trying to bring up my new Conduit IP67 base-station, AEP model

I powered it using an Ubiquiti 48V 24W PoE adapter, with the connections as follows:
    1. Connected the gateway’s ethernet port to the PoE adapter’s PoE port using a CAT-5e ethernet cable.
    2. Connected the PoE adapter’s LAN port to my laptop using a CAT-5e ethernet cable

And I was never able to access the AEP Login page @ 192.168.2.1; I even do not see any activity in the ethernet port LEDs of my laptop.
I even tried to connect to the laptop via a switch, instead of a direct connection.

The status of the LEDs on the gateway is as follows:
    1. Power LED(labelled PR): RED (Doesn’t Blink)
    2. Status LED(ST): RED (Doesn’t Blink)
    3. LoRa1(L1) : GREEN (Doesn’t Blink)
    4. LoRa2(L2) : RED (Doesn’t Blink)

I tried to reset the gateway using the reset button, but the LEDs remain the same (even after pressing the RESET button for > 30seconds)
The gateway even doesn’t reboot when pressed for less than 3 seconds. The LEDs’ status remains the same, always!
That means I am even unable to reset the gateway, right?

Is there something I am missing in the connections?
I see everyone on the forum do it easily, while I am blocked at the first step! Any help please?
