    Hi there,

    I am unable to login on web interface. I am successful in connecting via ssh using ethernet cable. My device ip address is 192.168.2.10.

    Looking forward for some solution

    Please provide a “serial number” and model number of the device you cannot log into.

    Hi there,
    I found same issue on my new Conduit, MTCDT – LEU1 246L -868-EU, I can log in via ssh but as root user (admin not working, why???) but not via http. I checked correct IP on PC and unit by console. ping works but not http
    below an extract of my console:

    I tried to reset factory default using frontal button but without success.
    Do you know any trick to fix my issue?

    mLinux firmware does not provide a Web interface.
    AEP firmware is needed.

    If you create a Multitech Support Portal Case at https://support.multitech.com they have a procedure for converting to AEP.
