After a successful flashing of the firmware we get the following error when the MDOT is initialized and is running the application. Any ideas as to why this would be happening of all of sudden?

MDOT Library version: 3.1.0 and MBED OS Version: 5.7.7.

    [INFO] Flashing new firmware successful
[DEBUG] Read file from flash: 256 bytes
[DEBUG] Read file from flash: 1024 bytes
[ERROR] File from flash wrong size. Expected 256 – Actual 512
    [DEBUG] Session to defaults.
    rtc_synchronize error
[DEBUG] Read file from flash: 256 bytes
[DEBUG] Read file from flash: 1024 bytes
[ERROR] File from flash wrong size. Expected 256 – Actual 512
    [DEBUG] Session to defaults.
    rtc_synchronize error

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated, as we are preparing to go live with this in production and some of the boards we are flashing are encountering this error.

    Thanks,
    Ajay

Does it still occur after a power cycle (pulling power)?

Thanks Jeff, after the power cycle it works, but a reset doesn’t seem to help. Not sure why a reset doesn’t fix it?

    Thanks,
    Ajay.
