    Hello Benjamin,
What version of AEP are you using?
What procedure did you try that was blocked?
Did you try holding the reset button for more than 30 seconds?
Did you try going to Administration > Save/Restore > Reset to Factory Default in the GUI?
    Have you tried “reset-defaults -hard”?
    Regards.

I’am on AEP version 1.7.2. I have tried to install our product on this new version of gateway, it look like a failure.
I don’t have access to gui.
I have tried “reset-defaults -hard”, but the gateway don’t know it.
Do you know a other way to to hard reset ?

What’s stopping you from using the reset button?

    Benjamin,

Try “reset-defaults –hard”. I think that you are missing a “-” character before the long argument.
