    Hi all,

I have successfully connected two xdots modules EU868 using peer to peer mode. DR=6 TXP=7.
We have tested comms in Serial mode. Everything goes ok but when trying to send more than some characters the device pauses the tx.

Should I check TXN before sending? If I exit from serial mode and manually send using AT+SEND, AT+TXN gives results different from 0.

We are not using flow control pins so far, but we will wait between transmissions to not overflow the input buffer. What is the size of this buffer?

Is it enough to wait time on air for the frame?
Does flow control take TXN into consideration?

    Thanks!

    Maybe I am replying myself…
Datasheet says set to 7dBm to allow 100% duty-cycle.
Is power output calculated adding TXP+ANT?

I have tested again using TXP=4 and I can send whatever I like without even checking TXN. It always reads 0. I believe power output is 4dBm plus 3dB gain of the antenna (by default), this will make the 7dBm number of the regulation free.

    Am I right?
