    Hi,
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I am very new to this.
I was at a TTN conference and given an L-TEK FF1705 board (X DOT). At the conference, I programmed this up with the dot-examples and the libxdot-mbed5 libraries, registered with TTN and all went well.

Moving back home, there is a gateway very near to me. I get join errors-see below. Any ideas? If this is a channel issue, how do I change the channel?

[INFO] attempt 4 to join network

    Many thanks

EU868 joins on default channels so they should not be different unless you are in a different region.

Attempts at joining the network are limited by duty-cycle regulations in EU868. The device must wait after each attempt to maintain <1% time on air.

Do you know if the gateway is active?
    How near is the gateway?
Is there any obstruction? Line-of-sight will give best chance of reaching.
