I tried to contact the sales team about this but didn’t get a response, perhaps I’ll have some better luck here:

I have some questions on the MultiConnect® Conduit Access Point (AP) offering :

    * How it differs from the “standard” blue MultiTech Conduit gateways. That difference wasn’t immediately clear to me (besides the different form factor / color and integrated antennas).
    * What “Provide Improved Service Level Agreements for LoRa” means.
    * Where I can buy them in Europe (DigiKey, where I bought the other MultiTech equipment doesn’t seem to have them.

    Thanks.

    Hello Davy

The MultiConnect® Conduit Access Point (AP) is positioned as a lower cost
LoRa Gateway with a consumer temperature range for indoor use (-10 +60C).
When this device is used with a public LoRa Network Server it can provide
improved service level agreement (better reception coverage) for indoor use.
Because this product family is brand new, it is just making its way into the
    distribution channel.

    -Best Regards
