Does the Conduit (or rather, the LoRa card internally) target a specific verison of the LoRa spec?

There seems to be a fair amount of motion, both in terms of the spec, the available implementation, and the regulatory domain.

I am adapting a Murata module to work with the Conduit, and ST/Murata/Semtech recently put out a newer version of the MAC implementation targetting the 1.1.x spec.
As far as I understand it, there are some differences between the 1.1.x spec and 1.0.x spec that would have functional effects, so I need to know which version to target for my device.

The network server in Conduit implements LoRaWAN 1.0.2.

The MTAC-LORA will work with either, it is configured with a set of channels to listen to.

A LoRaWAN 1.1 end-device should be able to connect to a 1.0.2 network server and vice versa. The version is negotiated during OTA join.
