Gateway not booting up

    Hi,
    My gateway all of a sudden does not complete booting up. I get the green flashing power led but nothing else. I replaced the battery with no luck. I can’t establish a serial connection to the device either using the USB Device micro connector.
    Any pointers would be appreciated.

    Hi Tony
    If the device is not properly booting-up you can try recovering it by holding in the ‘reset’ switch for 31 seconds to factory default the device.
    If that doesn’t help then I recommend you ‘register’ and open a ticket on our support portal (link below) for additional instructions to recover the device.
