    Hi,

    I wanted to upgrade my Gateway from a version 1.2.2 to a version 1.4.3.
    I followed the step recommended by Multitech, which is to update first to 1.3.3 to keep the configuration. This step worked fine.
    But now that I want to upgrade from 1.3.3 to 1.4.3, the process seems ok, the Gateway restarts but stays in ver. 1.3.3.
    Plus, it won’t detect my LoRa card at all anymore.
    Does someone have an idea on how to resolve that ? I tried multiple times and even try to downgrade to an older version (1.3.2, 1.4.2 and even 1.3.3 again), Nothing works.
    This is not the first Gateway I upgraded from an old version to the 1.4.3, it worked fine before.

    Thanks

    Try the upgrade without the lora card installed.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Yep, it definitely did something as it completely crashed and I had to factory reset it. But it worked, it is now under 1.4.3 firmware version, so it’s fine

    Still, it doesn’t detect my LoRa card…

    What is the output to this command?
    $ mts-io-sysfs show lora/*

    Hi,

    Well, after a good night plus half a day of rest unplugged, it finally works again. I have no idea why.

    But thanks for your help, have a good day as you might start yours rn !
