    Hello guys,
I’ve seen some slides stating that DeviceHW was available for an onpremise installation.
But I cannot find any installation guide, or download source for this application.
Could you please confirm me whether this architecture is supported or not, and where to find the relevant information/sources?
Thanks in advance for your help.
    Pierre

    Hi Pierre,

There is such a thing, but you’ll need to contact MultiTech’s sales group for more information.

Many thanks Darrik for your answer.
I did contact EMEA sales team but my question is still pending.

However, I have to submit an offer by the end of the week and I need a quick answer. Information I need is technical: I just want to know how to size the VM (OS, cpu, ram, disk) for installing the product (knowing there are 100 multitech lora gateways in my network)

If by any chance, someone knows where to find this information, that would be great!!

    Thanks, Pierre

    Hi Pierre,

I saw this answer circling around, but hasn’t been posted out to you yet. I don’t know if they are still thinking about an answer, but thought you would like to see this sooner rather than later:

A reasonable virtual machine provisioning for DeviceHQ might look like:

    ram: 4GB
    hd: 100GB
    cpu: 2 cores

The vm image is provided with OS included (it uses ubuntu 18.04).
