Can you point me where there is documentation on connecting to FF API? The example files on the website for a novice does not provide me enough info. For example, what is the actual URL we should be hitting I simonized the below but it is not documented? Do we need to pass credentials to the server?

    http://<serverIP>/ffws/v1/ofax

Does not connect. How do I make sure the API is running up on the server?
Not sure what I should be testing. Thanks for your help.

I am assuming the forums are not monitored by multi tech. We cannot even send and email to the fax sever using fax=565555555@ipaddress

I am sure it has something to do with appliance not being setup. Not having any support makes this very difficult.

    Tim,

Sorry, I missed your post on Friday.

I assume you have have looked at this page:

If you need more help I would suggest opening a support ticket
