additional channels on EU868

I am using MultiConnect Conduit 1.6.4 (model number: MTCDTIP-LEU1-266A) gateway as lora packet forwarder. For EU868 channel plan, I can only select one additional channel (e.g. 869.5 MHz). If I select 869.5 MHz, I can receive lora packets on 869 MHz, however, it rejects the lora packets on 867 MHz.
Is it possible to select both frequencies 867MHz and 869MHz as additional channels? Is it enough to select 867.5 MHz (as additional channel) to receive lora packets on 867.1-867.9 MHz frequencies?

Using 867.5 will create channels on 867.1-867.9

The default frequencies are at 868.1, 868.3, and 868.5
While supporting the default channels it is not possible to also support both 867 and 869 ranges.
